I have created The Middle Management Anonymous to help the middle management community thrive in an exponentially complex corporate environment.

My vision is that middle management should not be about corporate survival. If we mobilize our collective experience and care for our fellow leaders from the middle, we can build a strong community where challenges could be reframed into opportunities.

Every week, I publish an article and share my thoughts or a personal story on a middle management concept, idea, or something that got my attention.
